By registering an account, accessing, or using any part of the 291ph platform — including its games, sports betting services, payment features, and customer support — you acknowledge that you have read and fully understood these Terms and Conditions and agree to be legally bound by them.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the 291ph platform and close your account. Continued use of the platform following any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms apply to all users of the 291ph platform, including registered players, visitors, and any person accessing the platform from the Republic of the Philippines or any other jurisdiction where access is permitted.

To be eligible to register and use 291ph, you must satisfy all of the following conditions:

• You are a natural person and not a corporation, partnership, or other legal entity.

• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for any third party.

291ph reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in account suspension or permanent closure. Any winnings obtained by an ineligible player may be forfeited.

Each individual may hold only one (1) registered account on the 291ph platform. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, or using different payment methods — is strictly prohibited and may result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances.

When registering your 291ph account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your registration details and must update them promptly if any information changes.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You agree to:

• Keep your login credentials strictly confidential and not share them with any third party.
• Notify 291ph immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
• Log out of your account after each session, particularly when using shared or public devices.
• Use a strong, unique password that is not used for any other online service.

291ph will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with these security obligations. Any activity conducted through your account will be deemed to have been authorized by you unless you have notified us of a security breach.

As part of our Know Your Customer (KYC) process, 291ph may require you to submit a valid Philippine government-issued identification document (such as a PhilSys ID, passport, driver's license, or UMID) before processing withdrawals or at any time we deem necessary for compliance purposes.

291ph supports deposits and withdrawals through the following Philippine payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (₱).

By making a deposit, you confirm that:

• The funds you are depositing are not derived from any illegal activity.
• You are the rightful owner of the payment method being used.
• You are not depositing on behalf of any third party.

All deposits must be wagered at least once before a withdrawal can be processed. 291ph reserves the right to reverse any withdrawal and return funds to your account balance if a verification requirement has not been satisfied.

All bets placed on the 291ph platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to each game or sports market. These rules are displayed within each game or betting section and form part of these Terms.

Once a bet has been confirmed and accepted by the 291ph system, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the player. 291ph reserves the right to void any bet that:

• Was placed in error due to a technical fault or system error.
• Was placed at odds or stakes that were clearly erroneous.
• Involved collusion, match-fixing, or any form of fraudulent activity.

In the event of a disputed outcome, the decision of 291ph shall be final and binding, subject to our internal dispute resolution process. 291ph uses certified random number generation (RNG) for all applicable games to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes.

Sports betting markets on 291ph — including PBA, NBA, cricket, football, UFC, and boxing — are subject to the official results declared by the relevant governing body. In the event of postponement, cancellation, or abandonment of an event, bets will be settled in accordance with the specific rules for that market.

From time to time, 291ph may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, or other promotional incentives to eligible players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements that will be communicated at the time the offer is made.

General conditions applicable to all 291ph bonuses include:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only and cannot be transferred.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 291ph platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, and forfeiture of all account balances:

• Registering more than one account on the platform.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or verification.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the platform.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or insider betting.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, glitches, or technical errors for financial gain.
• Using the platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 291ph staff or other players.
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.
• Allowing any person under the age of 21 to access or use your account.

291ph cooperates fully with Philippine law enforcement authorities and regulatory bodies. We reserve the right to report any suspected illegal activity to the appropriate authorities.

All content on the 291ph platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, game designs, graphics, text, software, and user interface elements — is the exclusive intellectual property of 291ph or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 291ph platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the 291ph platform without our prior written consent.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 291ph shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds due to technical failures, connectivity issues, or system outages.
• Errors in odds, game outcomes, or settlement calculations caused by technical faults.
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain account security.
• Delays in payment processing caused by third-party payment providers such as GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, or Metrobank.

The 291ph platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. We reserve the right to suspend or discontinue the platform or any part thereof at any time without notice.

Your privacy is important to us. The collection, use, and protection of your personal data by 291ph is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and Conditions.

By registering and using the 291ph platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy, including for the purposes of account management, KYC verification, fraud prevention, and compliance with applicable Philippine laws including the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173).

291ph provides the following responsible gaming tools to all registered players:

Nothing in this clause shall limit 291ph's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or confidential information.
